Ubi Franklin’s babymama gives him a birthday shoutout

Just after Nigerian music label boss, Ubi Franklin whose birthday is today got a shoutout from his estranged wife, Lilian Esoro,  Ubi Franklin’s babymama has also given him a birthday shoutout via Instagram.

She wrote on Instagram;

Replying her, Ubi Franklin wrote;

Recall that it was alleged that Ubi Franklin had an affair while engaged to his ex-wife, Lilian Esoro.  The affair led to a daughter with his US-based babymama, as Ubi Franklin reportedly concealed the entire incident from his wife-to-be; only to reveal it to her after their marriage – this allegedly led to their marriage break down.

Recall also that a filmmaker and close friend to Lilian Esoro, who pleaded anonymity sometime in 2016 revealed what led to Ubi Franklin’s failed marriage of to the actress.

According to the source, the Popular TV series actress always complained about how distanced her husband was. “He never showed up in any of her filming location and this was often a thing of worry for Lilian” he said.

Other reports claimed infidelity and physical abuse as other reasons their wedding packed up 4 months ago, immediately their son Jayden was born. Recall that words once emerged on the street saying Lilian wanted to marry another Nollywood actor who is now married, but opted for Ubi who was a backup plan from the start. And their marriage is said to be loveless from the beginning.


Another claim alleged that Ubi Franklin wasn’t even plan B as she has always been the girlfriend of a very successful comedian. However, Entertainment commentators say Lilian Esoro said no when Ubi Franklin initially proposed but he did all he can to convince her including her family as he was overly generous to them.
